Introduction

I am a child psychotherapist who works with children from toddlers to age 18. I use an integrative approach, which means I draw on techniques and skills from a wide range of disciplines in order to help children deal with some of their inner conflicts and to manage difficult feelings.

As a psychotherapist, I help children who are experiencing difficulties with behaviour, thoughts or feelings. Some of these difficulties may include problems with depression, anxiety, developmental delay, bereavement, phobias and aggression.

Working with their parents, legal guardians and teachers is an important part of the work, giving children the best support possible.
